La Taverna da Polo is a true gem in Tossa de Mar. A cozy, charming place with incredibly friendly staff and food that delights from the very first bite. The dishes are fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor – I especially recommend the seafood and homemade pasta. The local wine pairs perfectly with the meal. I had the pleasure of visiting with Artur, and we both agreed – it was one of the best meals we’ve had on this trip. The atmosphere, the flavors, and the overall experience were simply perfect. If you’re in Tossa de Mar and looking for a restaurant with character and outstanding food – this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Stumbled across Paolo’s when trying to escape the rain and turned out to be our best dining experience in the city! We were welcomed inside for a drink and ending up staying to eat. The service couldn’t be faulted. Our waitress was extremely helpful in making recommendations and even telling us about the city. Paolo hand delivered each meal and made the effort to get to know us. The food is divine and some of the best Italian we’ve ever had! Definitely give Paolo’s a try when in Tossa.

Short version: The food was amazing: pasta was made to perfection, the dessert was delicious. The service was amazing. We've been there once, but if we have the chance, we will definitely come back and recommend Paolo to our friends from Blanes. Long version: It was quite a rainy day and we wanted a place to eat somewhere outside the tourist crowd. The restaurant was empty but we gave it a try, although at first it didn't looked quite appealing. Things changed fast when Chef Paolo came and talked to us about his passion and his plans with the place (he had only one month since opening). Me and my husband loved his italian vibes, his way of talking (and his music). Thank you, Chef Paolo!

One of the best tapas place I've been to in my 1 week in Spain so far. If you're coming to Tossa de mar definitely come here. The tapas is absolutely delicious. And customer service even better. I can't fault any of the food it was perfecto! You must order the bruschetta it was to die for. Was given a limencello shot at the end of dinner (definitely recommend). The best place we ate at in Madrid . The chef Pepito went over the menu with us and everything was incredible. The appetizers included octopus and an avocado tomato dish that was delicious. Everything is made fresh daily,and the menu changes daily.. the calamari with rice and black ink wS incredible as well as the cod and tripe. This is one of the best restaurants i have ever been to and i have been at many. Make it a must if you are visiting Madrid .

I wonder how I didn't visit such a beautiful town before. Stay around just enjoying the silence, the light that filters into the alleys, the walk to the castle, and such a superb seaside. When lunch or dinner time come, a stop to Paolo's taverna is just the perfect choice. Delicious seafood and a welcoming atmosphere in an enchanting tipical spanish tavern. The options for wines are all good, I would recommend the house white one. You won't regret.
